The All
Party Parliamentary Group on Indian Traditional Sciences and the High Commission
of India, UK, will jointly conduct an on-line Zoom webinar on the occasion of
the Ayurveda Day on November 13.

The digital
meeting, which will see participation of noted Ayurvedic experts and
practitioners, will be held from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm (UK time) on Friday.

“Ever since
human beings arose, we’ve been engaged in a continuous effort to fulfil our
natural needs of hunger, thirst, sleep and ward off disease and discomfort.
Ayurveda has its genesis in this context as a reflection of our natural urges
towards health and wellness and is closest to our hearts as a profound system
of traditional science rooted in the philosophy of India,” the APPG said in a
statement.
