Black Seeds of Ripe Papaya Helps in Purifying Liver

Papaya is a sweet fruit that everybody enjoys eating. It is observed that after eating the soft sweet pulp of this fruit the black seeds are often discarded. This is the usual practice. But recent studies have highlighted that the most nutritious part of this fruit is its black seeds.

This seed is seen to raise immunity against cancer and is said to cure people suffering from liver sclerosis. Due to its goodness this seed is now termed as the miracle seed. Earlier scientific studies have revealed the ability of papaya to prevent the spread of cancer. But recent studies have shown that the consumption of the black seed is most effective than its sweet pulp. The black seed is claimed to be rich in protein and good for digestion. This is also said to be an ideal nutritious food for those involved in daily exercises. This seed is said to bring about immunity against leukemia and tracheal cancer. But most importantly, this seed is a great immunizer for liver sclerosis. The black small seed of papaya is said to be the single most effective remedy for all problems related to fatty liver.

The papaya seed removes the fat from the liver and thus rejuvenates it. This seed is not sweet to taste and hence its direct consumption is difficult. To solve this problem scientific methods have been chalked out for its consumption. Firstly, this black seed is dried and powdered. For this the seed of a ripe papaya should be used. Then this seed can be had early morning along with lukewarm water and limejuice. This should be taken before food since it helps in the cleansing of the liver. This liquid also helps in reducing cholesterol and raises immunity against other diseases.
